The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheets are hinged to the backing board at the corner-tips and undulate slightly. The left edge of sheets (i), (ii) and (iii) and right edge of sheet (iv) are slightly perforated. Minor wear and faint creases are occasional near the corner-tips and edges. Slight lifting, creases and minor wear is to some of the collaged elements. A pinpoint accretion is to the lower right corner tip of sheet (i). There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
