The sheet is hinged at the upper corners to the backing board, and has a deckled left edge. A pinhole is to the upper left corner, presumably a vestige of the artist's working process. Small, soft creases are visible intermittently, presumably in keeping with the nature of the medium. Small, partial tears of the collaged elements are visible occasionally to the edges, presumably a vestige of the artist's working method. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
