The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The sheet is hinged at the upper corners to the backing board and has shifted in tone. Only visible underneath the mat window, a partial loss is to the lower corners, a minute disturbance is to the upper center edge, and mat burn is along the perimeter. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
