The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Wear and rubbing is to the corner-tips and turning edges. A few linear abrasions are to the extreme edges in white painted passages, most notably near the right edge. Minor wear is to the cut canvas with a few associated hairline cracks. Visible under close inspection and ultraviolet light, pinpoint accretions and spots of discoloration are occasional. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
