The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Minor wear and a few pinpoint losses are to the corner-tips and turning edges. Drying cracks are occasional near the extreme edges, most notably in the blue painted passages. Visible under close inspection and raking light, nascent cracks, some with slight lifting, are visible to the left and right edges. A possible linear scuff is just above the figure's head in a white painted passage. A pinpoint accretion is right of center in a gray painted passage. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
