The sheet is hinged to the backing board at the upper corners. The side edges of the sheet are slightly discolored. Artist pinholes are to the corner tips. A soft crease is to the lower left corner tip. A faint handling mark is to the upper left edge and in the lower right quadrant, just above the figure's hand. There is no apparent inpainting under ultraviolet light.
