The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is structurally sound and all elements are present. Minor wear, handling marks, rubbing, scuffs, pinpoint accretions, a few fine abrasions and a few very fine hairline cracks are occasional. A few tiny losses are occasional to the corner-tips and turning edges of some of the fiberboards. Areas of discoloration and staining are occasional to the edges of some of the fiberboards.
