The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is structurally sound and in working order. The power chord has a three-prong plug for North American outlets, and the chord is wrapped with white electrical tape near the connection point with the light box. White paint accretions are scattered to the left and lower side of the light box. A handling mark is to the upper right corner only visible under close inspection.
