The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

This work has not been examined unframed. The sheet is hinged to the backing board at the corner-tips and periodically along the edges. The sheet undulates slightly and the edges are slightly deckled with minor wear and a few tiny tears. The sheet is unevenly cut to the lower left corner-tip. Artist's pinholes are to the upper edge. A faint crease is near the center right extreme edge. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
