The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

This work has not been examined outside of its frame. The side edges of the canvas are covered with tape, and surface dust is scattered. A varnish layer is present. A few pinpoint losses are to the turning edges. Subtle hairline cracks are visible throughout, predominately in the central pale blue passage. Pinpoint losses are scattered occasionally. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
