The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is structurally sound. A fine layer of surface dust is present, most notably to the interior crevices of each candle holder. Surface accretions are occasional, mostly concentrated to the base. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
