The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The sheet is hinged to the backing board at the corner tips, undulates slightly and has shifted slightly in tone. Faint creases from a hinge are slightly visible in the upper left corner. A few faint handling indents are to the extreme edges of the sheet. Drying cracks are visible to some of the impasto peaks. There is no apparent inpainting under ultraviolet light.
