The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is structurally sound, in working order, and all elements are present. Installation instructions are available on request. The fixtures are wired with a standard three-prong plug for North American outlets. A fine layer of surface dust is to some of the interior crevices. A few faint microabrasions and surface scuffs are intermittent.
