The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

This work has not been examined outside of its frame. The sheet undulates slightly at the edges and is hinged to the backing board at the corners. Slight discoloration from the hinging is to the lower left corner tip. Artist repaired tears that fluoresce under ultraviolet light are to the upper left quadrant, near the figure's left elbow, and a few smaller artist repairs are scattered to the extreme edges. The interior of the frame is dusty, and there is scattered discoloration to the mat.
