The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The sheet is hinged to the backing board at the upper edge. The edges are deckled. A pinpoint spot of skinning is to the lower left quadrant. Visible under ultraviolet light, a few small spots of discoloration are occasional, possibly humidity-related, but do not appear to be inpainting. There is no apparent inpainting under ultraviolet light.
