The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Minor wear is to the lower right corner-tip and faint rubbing is to the lower left extreme edge of the dragon canvas and faint rubbing is to the right extreme edge of the canvas with the hand. Visible under raking and ultraviolet light, faint handling marks are to the upper left corner of the canvas with the dragon and near the upper center edge of the canvas with the hand. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
