The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Faint transfer marks to the corner-tips and lower right extreme edge, some of which is possibly studio-related. Visible upon close inspection and under raking light, a few pinpoint losses are to the left upper extreme edge. Surface variation, including occasional lifting to the collage elements, is presumably in keeping with the artist's working process and choice of medium. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
