The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Minor losses, discoloration and abrasions are along the edges. Several accretions are near the lower right corner. A small paper accretion is embedded in the paint at the center of the upper right quadrant, presumably in keeping with the artist's working method. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
