The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is structurally sound. Surface dust is present on the exterior and notably in the interior of the house. The found metal collage is slightly discolored with tiny areas of rust, in keeping with the natural aging process of the medium. Minor surface scratches and spots of wear are occasional. Brown accretions are scattered to the windows and interior of the house.
