The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Nicks, losses and scratches are to the artist's frame. Small stains and discoloration are throughout. Drying cracks with associated losses are to the passages of heavier impasto. Additional losses are also intermittently throughout. Surface irregularities are also visible, in keeping with the artist's choice of medium. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
