The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Minor wear with handling marks is to the corner tips and turning edges. Very fine hairline cracking is to the upper and lower turning edges. Hairline abrasions and surface scuffs are scattered, some likely in keeping with the artist's working method, most notably to the central vertical line and near the upper edge. Visible under raking light, a few nascent cracks are visible. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
