The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
This work has not been examined unframed. Minor wear and faint rubbing is to the corner-tips and turning edges. Two tiny abrasions are to the upper left edge in a navy painted passage. A few fibrous accretions and drying cracks are occasional. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
