The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The canvas attaches to the three painted wooden elements with metal brackets on the reverse, and the artwork leans against the wall and rests on the floor. There is soiling visible at the upper corner on the side edge of the canvas. Minor wear is visible in places at the upper edges. There are hairline cracks to some of the corner joins of the wooden elements. A few spatters and areas of dust on the wood. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
