The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged to the backing board at the upper corners and edge. The sheet has shifted in tone. Minor wear and artist's pinholes are to the corner tips. A vertical crease bisects the sheet near the right edge, likely inherent to the sheet. A few handling indents and marks are scattered. Small areas of discoloration and undulation are also occasional, most notably to the lower left corner and likely a result of previous exposure to water. A few pinpoint spots of foxing are near the lower edge at center.
