The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The sheet is hinged at the upper corners to the backing board and undulates slightly. The edges of the sheet are deckled and artist's pinholes are to the four corners. Minor wear is to the corner tips, and a small tear is to the right edge in the black painted passage. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
