The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound and all of the components are present. Each rod can be turned to create alternate compositions, and the given dimensions represent the sculpture at it's widest configuration. Minute abrasions and small areas of oxidation are visible in places on the rods and base. One of the rods has a repaired break at the second-highest joint. There is also a minute abrasion at the tip of one of the rods.
