The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Each sheet is hinged at the upper corners to its respective backing board. The sheets undulate very slightly and some of the edges are deckled. There is a soft crease above the ladder, at the upper center of its respective sheet. There is a small abrasion in the lower left corner, below the window, on its respective sheet. There is a slight crease visible in the upper right corner above the guitar on its respective sheet.
