The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The sheet undulates slightly and there are very soft creases in the lower right and upper left corners. Two horizontal folds are visible in keeping with the mailed nature of the artwork. There are two detached hinges in the upper corners of the sheet. A tiny tear is visible in the upper left corner, possibly in association with an artist pinhole.
