The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The linen support undulates slightly, is slightly slack and draw is visible to the corners. There is a small protrusion to the support near the upper left corner corresponding to the edge of a stretcher bar. Faint wear and handling marks are visible along the extreme and turning edges. Minor surface scuffs, abrasions and pinpoint accretions are visible infrequently under close inspection and raking light. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
