The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Wear with associated losses and nicks is to the edges and corners of the board support. The board is not adhering completely to the wood support. A fine layer of surface dust is present. Faint surface scuffs, abrasions and scratches are visible under close inspection in the black passages. Passages of uneven sheen are occasionally to the black passages. A discolored accretion is to a white passage at center lower right. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
