We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
-There is surface wear and rubbing to the gilt as expected.
- There are several large areas of old restoration that has discoloured to the exterior, the largest measuring approx. 12 x 8 cm., together with smaller scattered pitting overall, small enamel losses and some small scattered wax infills.
- The handles are loose and may have been secured to the interior with later fittings.
