Support strips have been glued onto the left, right and top outer edges (visible on the reverse)
The painted surface is covered in surface dirt and would benefit from cleaning
The paint layer appears to be secure, showing minor cupping in the sky.
Examination under UV light shows the aforementioned surface dirt and old spots of inpaint along the outer edges and in the sky, and disoloured varnish. The painting presents well in its original frame
