The painting presents very well in natural light, with the painterly approach to execution very well preserved. The painting has been executed on canvas and subsequently laid onto a panel support. There are some very minor losses to the edges of the canvas. The paint and support remain stable. Examination under UV light confirms the excellent state of preservation. There are some very minor scattered retouchings.
