The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Pencil, watercolour and gouache on paper. Attached to the mount at the reverse sheet edges with some associated rippling to the sheet in the centre. Some light staining. Minor frame abrasion with a few scuffs and one or two tiny nicks at the extreme sheet edges. The lower right corner slightly stubbed with two minor diagonal creases. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the present work appears to be in generally good condition.
