The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
We have sought record changes in the condition of these pieces acquired after their initial manufacture.
Both have age-related surface wear and light rubbing to the enamels and gilt as expected.
One vase: There are several large hairline cracks running across the upper section of one side of the body and the neck of one vase; and some scattered traces of a green pigments.
Other vase: there is a slight lean to one side because of the weight of the vase in the kin and the difficulties in firing; some tiny scattered traces of a green pigment
