The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Touch - With little finger broken and lacking to her right hand. Restoration to forefinger and thumb on her left hand. Further restoration to her left foot. Tip of turtle tail broken and lacking.
Sight - Some slight scratching and losses to silvering to mirror. Some flaking to green enamels.
Taste - Short firing crack to base.
Smell - 25 cm. crack to base, extending to sides; the hounds right hindleg broken and lacking; Smell's left forefinger broken and lacking and the tip of her right forefinger also broken and lacking. Flower held in her right hand chipped and petals lacking.
Hearing - Neck and scroll of lute broken and restored; Hearing's left forefinger broken and restuck, further chipping and minor restoration to other fingers and thumb on her right hand. The deer with restoration to both ears.
Overall these figures are in good decorative order, with only minor wear and slight flaking to gilding and enamels, occasional minute chip to extremities, and slight surface scratching.
