CHAUMET Chaumet was created by Marie-Etienne Nitot in 1780. The talent of Nitot was quickly recognized by the French Court, he became the official jeweller of Napoleon Bonaparte in 1802. After the fall of the Empire, the successors of Nitot continued to create unique and modern jewels, through all the jewellery eras, from the Belle Epoque until today.
