GENEROUSLY DONATED BY FAERBER-COLLECTION
For four generations, quality, integrity and confidentiality have been the foundation of the Faerber-Collection’s reputation. The Faerber-Collection is specialized in exceptional pieces, with expertise in rare gemstones and jewelry dating from antiquity to the present day.
Thomas Faerber founded the company in 1968 in Zurich. In 1999, his children Ida and Max joined the business. The Faerber Collection team also has two other long established members: Alberto Corticelli based in Geneva and Philippe Atamian in Hong Kong. All five combine their various networks, experience, skills and sensibilities, sharing the same devotion to integrity and confidentiality. Their choices are guided by emotion, knowledge and quality.
In 2004, in recognition of Faerber’s contribution to French culture by bringing to the Louvre a historic emerald and diamond necklace with matching earrings, commissioned in 1810 by Emperor Napoleon from François Regnault Nitot , Thomas Faerber was awarded the medal of Chevalier de L’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres.
With offices in Geneva, New York, Paris and Hong Kong, they have been entrusted with their international clientele’s most precious pieces owing to their longstanding expertise, solid reputation and discretion. Faerber Collection pieces can be viewed in top-ranking shows and leading exhibitions throughout the world. The Faerber-Collection, known for dealing in fine precious stones and collectible vintage and antique jewelry, will launch their own line of contemporary jewelry. The pieces will be available at selected retail stores.
