The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The sheet is not laid down but is hinged into an acidic mount, which we would advise removing. There is some slight acidic staining to the extreme edges (overmounted) and some surface dirt throughout. The watercolour is in good condition and the sheet reads well.
