The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Not examined out of frame. The work is structurally sound. There is very minor superficial surface dust in places. There is a hairline crack to the upper right turnover edge of the Perspex, measuring approximately two inches. There are a few scattered surface abrasions to the Perspex. It is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
