The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
There are expected chips, nicks, and areas of abrasion to the surface throughout. There are minor losses to the ushnisha, to the edges of the figure’s robes, to the tips of the figures and to the front of the head. There are remains of polychrome throughout. There is a brown incrustation scattered across portions of the surface.
