Group of three handwritten letters from Hall of Famer Connie Mack (1862-1956) spanning his remarkable 50+ year managerial career. Includes: a one-page letter on Milwaukee Base Ball Club stationary, dated October 16th, 1900, to future major league player Lew Carr regarding his contract terms; and a one-page letter on American Base Ball Club of Philadelphia stationary, dated January 9th, 1905, to a player named Dick Smith regarding possible placement; a one-page letter on American Base Ball Club of Philadelphia stationary, dated February 29th, 1944, to a Mr. Asmus regarding spring training, the loss of players to World War II and the weather. All letters are signed Connie Mack in black ink. Overall Excellent condition with some foxing.
