A typewritten letter signed by Hall of Famer Eddie Collins (1887-1951), dated Sept. 12th, 1910 in which Collins writes to promoter D.A. Fletcher in regards to a going ahead with a proposed barnstorming tour which the National Commission had objected to, so long as the money is forthcoming. Signed Edward T. Collins in black ink. Overall Good condition, with several ink and pencil marks, foxing and letter folds.
