A typewritten letter signed by Hall of Famer Eddie Collins (1887-1951), dated July 13th, 1910 in which Collins writes to Hall of Famer Ty Cobb (1886-1961) Dear Friend Tyrus… in regards to a proposed barnstorming tour. Collins comments on the choices for the team, as well as adding Connie Mack’s thoughts. Players mentioned include Sam Crawford, Tris Speaker, Nap Rucker, Bill Carrigan and Gabby Street. Signed Edward T. Collins in black ink. Overall Good condition, with foxing, a staple hole and letter folds.
