Group of six handwritten letters from Hall of Famers including: a one-page letter from Mel Ott (1909-1958), dated November 27th, 1957 on Melvin Ott stationary, signed Mel Ott in blue ink; a one-page letter from Tris Speaker (1888-1958), dated December 19th, 1945 on Tris Speaker stationary, signed Tris Speaker in blue ink; a one-page letter from Ed Walsh (1881-1959), dated undated (but accompanying envelope postmarked 1955), signed Ed A. Walsh in blue ink; a one-page letter from “Kid” Nichols (1869-1953), dated November 19th, 1949 on Charles “Kid” Nichols stationary, signed Charles “Kid” Nichols in black ink; a three-page letter from Earle Combs (1899-1976), dated September 12th, 1936 on Book-Cadillac Hotel stationary, in which he discusses the upcoming 1936 World Series signed Earle in black ink; and a three-page letter from Sam Crawford (1880-1968), undated on Cotton Hotel stationary, in which he discusses his many records, signed Sam Crawford in black ink. Overall Excellent condition with fold lines and light foxing.
