In addition to the catalogue description, with full margins, soft creasing in the upper left sheet corner, very minor nicks and indentations at the extreme upper left sheet edge, an area of pale discoloration at the extreme right sheet edge, hinge remains in places on the reverse lower sheet edge (with associated minor skinning) and in places on the reverse upper sheet edge (showing through), otherwise in generally good condition
