Bauernkrieg (Peasant's War): two plates

The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Losbruch (Breakaway), Plate V (Klipstein 66; Knesbeck 70): very pale light and mat staining, soft handling creases and pale surface soiling in places, occasional repaired tears in places in the margins (extending very slightly into the image in places, the largest measuring 2-in.), a very minor paper loss at the extreme upper right sheet corner, hinge and tape remains in places on the reverse upper sheet edge, taped to the window mat in places on the reverse upper sheet edge, and other lesser defects
