In addition to the catalogue description, with wide margins (the sheet edges uneven), pale mat staining, a 11⁄2-in. tear towards the upper left sheet corner, a minor paper accretion in the lower right margin, hinge remains on the reverse upper sheet edge (slightly showing through in places in the upper margin), otherwise in generally good condition
