The work is structurally sound. There are some abrasions with associated paint loss in places to the metal bars presumably due to the artist's working method and due to previous handling. There are minute spots of oxidation in places to the metal bars due to the artist's choice of medium. There is a superficial layer of dust. There is some minor fraying to the extreme edges of the artificial grass fabric due to the artist's working method. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work is in generally good condition.

The condition of lots sold can vary widely due to factors such as age, previous damage, restoration, repair, and wear and tear. The nature of the lots sold means that they will rarely be in perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
