The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Hinged at the upper corners on the reverse to the mat backing with archival tape. Faintly mat-stained and light-stained, consistent with the work's age. Artist's tack holes to the corners. Upper and right edges lightly deckled. Minute tear to the lower right corner and small paper loss to the upper right corner. A few faint handling creases and scuff marks. A few pinpoints of foxing. The line is strong. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work is in overall very good condition.
